UN: Situation in northern Gaza unlivable

Occupied Al-Quds(ST)-The United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territories, Muhannad Hadi, confirmed that the situation in the northern Gaza Strip is miserable, and that the area is not fit for life due to the war of extermination waged by the Israeli occupation, stressing the need to stop the aggression.

The United Nations News Center quoted Hadi as saying after his visit to the UNRWA-affiliated Al-Mamouniya School, which houses displaced people in Gaza City:” What I saw now is completely different from what I saw in northern Gaza in September. In this school, I saw families and people living on top of each other. The situation here is unbearable. 500 people were staying in this school in September, and now there are more than 1,500 people who do not have any services and there is a shortage of food. The situation is unbearable. Sewage and waste are everywhere.”

Hadi pointed out that he heard horrific stories from the people he met in northern Gaza, indicating that no one can bear what the victims of this aggression are going through, which must be stopped.
