U.S. Police arrest pro-Palestine demonstrators in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, JUN.4, (ST)-Yesterday, U.S. Police arrested dozens of pro-Palestinian demonstrators after they occupied the lobby of a San Francisco building that houses the Israeli Entity Consulate in protest of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Officers arrested 69 people who refused to vacate the building, cited them, and released them from San Francisco County Jail, the San Francisco Police Department said in a statement. Another demonstrator was cited and released at the scene for the same charge, it said, according to the Washington Post Paper.

The demonstrators entered the building and occupied the lobby for several hours. The protesters posted signs on the front doors calling for an end to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Popular demonstrations continue around the world and international condemnations of the Israeli practices against the Palestinian people continue to- all calling  for stopping the aggression against the Gaza Strip and facilitating the immediate entry of humanitarian aid.
