The World Intellectual Property Organization “WIPO” accredits 15 Syrian entrepreneurs and inventors

The World Intellectual Property Organization “WIPO” has approved a group of Syrian entrepreneurs and inventors among a group of creators and innovators around the world, in order to contribute to building a common future and achieving sustainable development goals.

This came during their participation in an exhibition to celebrate innovative, creative, and adventurous change makers around the world virtually, according to what Dr. Muhammad Wardah, chairman of the Syrian Inventors Association.

The Association has organized several activities to introduce the importance of intellectual property and achieve sustainable development goals.

The World Intellectual Property Organization has included and published these activities on its website.

Regarding the importance of the exhibition held on the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day 2024, Dr. Wardah stressed that the exhibition constitutes an opportunity to explore how to encourage intellectual property, promote innovative and creative solutions to build the future, and highlight innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, and intellectual property professionals who use intellectual property rights to accelerate innovation and creativity.
