The Turkish occupation forces continue in their crimes

Media and civil sources revealed the massive attacks and violations committed by the Turkish regime and its terrorists against the people and their properties in Afrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo during the past year.

The Turkish occupation forces and their terrorist groups killed about 60 civilians in addition to the displacement and kidnapping of thousands and the uprooting of more than 70 thousand trees.They also stole from dozens of archaeological sites.

 

According to the sources, more than 58 civilians were killed, including 9 women, and about 120 others were wounded by the bullets of the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries in Afrin, in addition to the kidnapping of more than 987 civilians, including 92 women.

The sources said that the Turkish-run terrorist organizations destroyed 50 archaeological sites, looted their contents and smuggled them into Turkish markets, in addition to destroying large areas of agricultural fields and cutting and uprooting more than 72 thousand olive trees that were a major source of income for the people.

The Turkish-run terrorist organizations seized 250 homes by force of arms and evacuated them in preparation for bringing the terrorists’ families and housing them in these homes  in an attempt to impose a new demographic reality that serves their plans.

The Turkish-occupied Afrin witnessed 39 explosions of  cars and bicycles, or explosive devices and mines that led to the death and injury of more than 170 civilians, including many children and women.

Turkey and its mercenaries occupied the town of Afrin in March 2018. Since then, the Erdogan regime has worked to change the demography, replaced the names of regions, main squares, towns and villages with Turkish names and imposed the Turkish language in addition to raising the Turkish flag on police stations, municipalities and schools.
