The siege of the SDF militia of the city of Hasakeh completes its fourth day

Hasakeh (ST): For the fourth consecutive day, the SDF militia linked to the American occupation continued its siege of the center of the city of Hasakeh, preventing the entry of basic materials to it, in parallel with the continued closure of the Baath bakery in the city of Qamishli and depriving citizens of a livelihood.

The director of the bakeries branch in the governorate, Abdullah Al-Hasr, confirmed in a statement to news reporter that the bakeries continued to be suspended from work in the city of Hasakeh as a result of the SDF militia preventing the entry of flour and fuel into the city center, which has caused a major crisis in the availability of basic foodstuffs and an increase in the demand for bread, especially since the stalled bakeries were providing the needs of the city of Hasakeh.

In Qamishli, Al-Hasr also indicated that the Baath bakery continued to be suspended from work after the SDF militia seized it by force, expelled its workers and prevented citizens from approaching it. He stressed that the concerned authorities are seeking a solution to the problem of stopping the bakeries as a first priority in preparation for putting an end to these violations completely and preventing the militia from continuing its violations of citizens’ right and livelihood.
