On September 18th,the Aleppo Governorate and Thiqa Exhibitions and Conferences Company opened the second session of the Arab Construction Exhibition, Arabexat the Sheraton Aleppo Hotel.
60 companies specialized in the fields of construction, reconstruction and renewable energy from various Syrian governorates participated in the exhibition.
The exhibitionincludes building supplies and materials, insulation, sanitary and electrical tools, industrial tools, and electronic devices.
In a statement to reporters, Eng. Majed Al-Tawil, a member of the executive office in charge of the Aleppo Governorate Council, explained the importance of organizing construction exhibitions in Aleppo and their role in activating the urban movement, the labor market, reconstruction and activating the economic sectors.
In turn, Wassim Nashed, Director of Thiqa Exhibitions and Conferences Company, explained that the exhibition aims to present new local products that are used in the reconstruction process in addition to meeting the market’s need for infrastructure supplies.
Omar Karbouj spoke about his participation in the exhibition with types of natural stone panels used for interior and exterior decoration of construction projects at reasonable prices.
Ahmed Al-Adhimi said that he is displaying his products specialized in swimming pool filters, accessories for swimming pools, waterproof water lighting and sterilizers that can be used in reconstruction projects with good quality.
Rasool Hawara said that he offers various products of industrial tools and accessories needed by various crafts related to construction work such as carpentry, blacksmithing, sanitary and electrical extensions and everything the local labor market needs at competitive prices.
Engineer Muhammad Al-Shafi spoke about his participation with products of the inverter voltage booster in its various types, agricultural and industrial, and dedicated to operating elevators and laboratories, pumping water from wells and everything that would meet the needs of construction projects.
