The occupation demolishes the village of Al-Araqib in the occupied territories of 1948 for the 232nd time
Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Israeli occupation forces demolished today the village of Al-Araqib in the Negev region in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 for the 232nd time, since the occupation first demolished it on July 27, 2010.
Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the village with a number of bulldozers, and demolished the tents of the villagers.
This is the tenth time that the occupation authorities have demolished the tents since the beginning of this year as part of their repeated attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinians from their lands.
Every time, the people of Al-Araqib erect their tents again, using wood and nylon covers in defiance of the occupation and in opposition to plans to uproot them.
