The Massacre of Deir Yassin

Who has not heard of Deir Yassin? Who has not been chilled by the mere mention of the name Deir Yassin?Similar to Hollywood horror films  it was actually more horrendous as it was reality. For how blood flows everywhere in Hollywood horror films and how corpses are maimed after death so did happen in Deir Yassin. But unlike Hollywood the blood wasn’t shed by some lonesome crazed person but by Zionist gangs who were aided and abetted by the west .

Yesterday  marked the 75th anniversary of the massacre committed by the Zionist gangs against the Palestinians in the village of Deir Yassin, west of the occupied city of Jerusalem, which resulted in the death of 360 Palestinians in one of the most heinous crimes of ethnic cleansing committed by the Israeli occupation.

The massacre took place on the ninth of April 1948 at the hands of the “Irgun” gang, which was led by Menachem Begin, who later on  became Prime Minister of Israel between 1977 and 1983, and the “Stern” gang, led by Yitzhak Shamir, who also became Prime Minister of Israel between 1983 and 1984, and in 1986 and 1992 .The  Haganah and Palmach gangs were also responsible for that massacre.

What does that say about the men who assumed the leadership of Israel ,but even more what does it say about the country that calls itself Israel that was erected on Palestinian land ,on Palestinian blood and on Palestinian  tears.

What does it say about a people who suffered what they suffered at the hands of the Nazis and then went to mirror those same crimes and enact them with the Palestinian people foremost and with the Arab people too.

Up till today the Israeli occupation continues with its crimes of murdering Palestinians, plundering their land, desecrating their shrines and trying ,seriously trying to falsify the history of Palestine.
