The hero martyr, Brigadier General Kheder Ali Hammad

The hero martyr, Brigadier General Kheder Ali Hammad, was born in 1966 in the village of Segata in Misyaf city.

Brigadier General Kheder Ali Hammad fought with his comrades against terrorist groups in different places in  Syria .

He was martyred on 12th of August in  2012 in the Al-Safira area in Aleppo, when he and his comrades were repelling an attack by large numbers of the terrorist groups in As-Safira region.

  He was first seriously wounded during the battle, and he and his comrades continued to resist and persevere until the morning, until the army helicopters arrived to support and transport the wounded, but he was martyred before arriving at the hospital.
