The American occupation brings weapons and ammunition to its bases in Deir Ezzour countryside

Deir Ezzour (ST): In recent days, the American occupation intensified the operations of strengthening its military bases on the Syrian Jazeera with large shipments of weapons, ammunition and logistical equipment, especially in the Al-Omar and Koniko fields in the Deir Ezzour countryside.

Local sources told a news reporter that the American occupation forces brought a convoy carrying weapons, large quantities of ammunition and logistical materials to its military base in the Konico gas field, east of Deir Ezzour, in parallel with another convoy carrying similar materials to its base in Al-Omar oil field.

The source pointed out that the escalation of attacks targeting the occupation’s bases and convoys on the Syrian Jazeera as a result of the popular rejection of the occupation and the “SDF” militia associated with it prompted it to reinforce its bases with convoys of weapons and ammunition in an attempt to limit those attacks.

Yesterday, two soldiers of the American occupation forces were wounded in an attack with rocket-propelled grenades on their base in the Al-Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour.
