Syrian Embassy in Oman honors Indians and Pakistanis who contributed to providing aid to earthquake-affected people in Syria
The Syrian Embassy in Muscat honored a number of members of the Indian and Pakistani communities in the Sultanate of Oman who made efforts to collect and provide aid for those affected by the earthquake that struck Syria last February.
During the honoring, which took place at an Iftar banquet for the Syrian community in the Sultanate of Oman yesterday, the Syrian ambassador in Muscat Idris Mia thanked everyone who participated in providing this aid.
He expressed appreciation to the Omani people and leadership who spared no effort in providing assistance.
The Iftar banquet was attended by a large number of the Syrian community in the Sultanate of Oman, members of the Syrian embassy in Muscat, as well as a number of the Indian and Pakistani communities.
