Syrian Ambassador in Riyadh meets with General Supervisor King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center
Syrian Ambassador to Riyadh Ayman Sousan and the General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) Abdullah al-Rabiah held a meeting on Sunday at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh. Talks dealt with the activities of the center and Syria’s share in these activities and with efforts to help Syria overcome the repercussions of the war.
Sousan explained Syria’s efforts to facilitate the return of the Syrian refugees to their homeland, reiterating the importance of lifting the unilateral coercive measures imposed in the country as to enable it press ahead with reconstruction and meet the returnees’ needs.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Rabiah pointed to the great interest that Syria enjoys in the center’s activities, based on the brotherly ties between the two brotherly countries, and providing everything that would help Syria overcome the effects of what it was exposed to.
He highly appreciated the center’s efforts to provide assistance to those in need, especially in the light of the tensions in the world, stressing the importance of strengthening the center’s relation with Syria.
