Syria, Armenia discuss preparations for holding the meeting of the joint committee

Brevan, (ST) – Armenian Minister of Economy Kevork Baboyan and Syrian Ambassador to Armenia Nora Arisyan discussed preparations for holding the meeting of the joint committee between Syria and Armenia.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance economic and trade cooperation and to activate coordination between businessmen. They also discussed cooperation in the tourism and agricultural sectors between the two countries.

The meeting was attended on the Armenian side by the Deputy Minister, the Director of the International Cooperation Department, the Director of the Bilateral Exchange Department and the Media Department, while on the Syrian Embadsy side, ​​Third Secretary Ahmad Al-Athba attended the meeting
