Several Palestinians injured in an anti-settlement demonstration in the West Bank

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Several Palestinians were injured today when Israeli occupation troops  repressed an anti-settlement demonstration in the village of Al-Moghir to the north east of Ramallah  in the West Bank.

Ma’an news agency said that the occupation troops used live ammunition and  gas bombs against the demonstrators, who took to the streets to protest against the construction of a new settlement block on their lands, causing scores of suffocation cases.

The town  of Al-Moghir has been subjected to recurrent attacks by occupation forces and extremist settlers with the aim of seizing its lands and displacing its inhabitants.
