Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – Israeli settlers burned areas of Palestinian land and a number of homes east of Ramallah in the West Bank today.
Wafa News Agency reported that dozens of settlers stormed into the village of Burqa from three directions, and set fire to areas of land planted with olive trees and a number of Palestinian homes, under the protection of the occupation forces, who detained a journalist and seized his equipment.
In addition, the occupation forces prevented farmers from reaching their lands to pick olives in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, while settlers attacked Palestinian land in the areas of Khalayel Al-Loz, Khallet Al-Qatn, and Khallet Al-Nahla, southeast of the city, and seized agricultural property.
Earlier today, settlers attacked olive pickers in the areas of Birin and Umm Nir, east of the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, and forced them to leave their lands.
