Scores of US-backed SDF militants killed and injured in an attack in Hasakah countryside

A number of militants, affiliated to the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) separatist militia, were killed and injured on Saturday in an attack by unidentified persons on their checkpoint in Al-Yaroubiya area in Hasakah northeastern countryside.

 Local sources told SANA that unidentified persons, riding a motorcycle, opened their machinegun fire on SDF militants at a checkpoint in the village of Al-Alkaneh in Al-Yaroubiya area, killing and injuring scores of them.
