Sayyed Nasrallah: Resistance is ready to respond to any Israeli enemy’s mistake towards Lebanon
BEIRUT, May.10, (ST)-Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah affirmed that the resistance is ready to respond to any mistake committed by the Israeli enemy. He pointed out that some political forces in Lebanon have made the resistance’s weapon the title of the current electoral battle.
Sayyed Nasrallah said in a speech yesterday during an election festival in southern Lebanon that, “for several months and to this day we have been hearing an incendiary rhetoric, and that some political forces have made the issue of the resistance’s weapon the title of the current electoral battle by resorting to deception and fraud to undermine the resistance, but it will not achieve its goal by removing this weapon or undermine it.”
Sayyed Nasrallah indicated that those who demand the disarmament of the resistance do so to sell this position to the Americans because they want Lebanon to be exposed to the Zionist enemy. He pointed out that study centers conducted opinion polls that showed that the majority concern is the living situation and not the resistance’s weapon.
Sayyed Nasrallah called on the Lebanese to stand by the resistance and its allies on the election day, saying that, “whoever wants to preserve Lebanon, vote for the resistance and its allies.”
Nasrallah said that, at the same time that the Americans come to Lebanon to negotiate over the borders because they know that Lebanon owns the resistance.
On the maneuvers conducted by the occupation entity near the Lebanese border, Nasrallah stressed that these maneuvers do not frighten the resistance. He added that resistance is ready to respond to any mistake that committed by Israeli enemy towards Lebanon.
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah stressed that if the Zionist enemy prevents Lebanon from extracting its wealth from its territorial waters, the resistance has the ability to prevent it from operating in the nearby maritime areas.
