Russian Investigative Committee investigates crimes against children committed by Nazi (Azov) fighters

Moscow (ST): A security source announced that the Russian Investigative Committee will examine information that members of the Nazi “Azov” battalion of the Kiev forces committed crimes in Mariupol, including crimes against children.

TASS news agency quoted the source as saying: “It will be confirmed that the security services in Mariupol stood by and did not take any action when local residents complained to them about the crimes committed by Nazi nationalists against women and children”.

TASS news agency had earlier quoted eyewitnesses as saying that since 2015, members of the “Azov” battalion had committed acts of sexual violence against girls and that some residents had sent their children as far away as possible.
