Russian Foreign Ministry: Continued flow of funds to Kiev regime threatens chances of political settlement

The Russian Foreign Ministry warned today that the continued financial flow to the Kiev regime contributes to the escalation of the Ukrainian conflict and excludes the possibility of reaching a political and diplomatic settlement.
The ministry said in a statement today, according to Sputnik Agency, that “pumping money into the military machine of the Kiev regime pushes Zelensky to further adventures and contributes to the escalation of the conflict, which excludes the possibility of reaching a political and diplomatic settlement.”
According to the ministry, it has become clear to everyone in the world that any individuals, legal entities or entire countries whose political paths and views do not match those of the West can lose the ability to manage their assets in the European Union.
The ministry indicated that the European Union’s move towards increasing illegal sanctions against Russia has increased the disastrous consequences for its financial and economic system.
The ministrystressed at the same time that Russia has a sufficient arsenal of appropriate political and economic measures against those trying to get their hands on Russia’s gold and foreign exchange reserves.
