Russian aid ship arrives at the port of Tartous to be distributed to those affected by the earthquake
A Russian aid ship provided by the Pure Heart Organization for earthquake-affected people has arrived today at the port of Tartous, carrying 4 containers loaded with 22 tons of relief aid.
Deputy Head of the Executive Office, Judge Hassan Naous made a statement that a new shipment of aid has been received through the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Syrian Arab Republic who has organized its flow to Syria. The aid shipment is intended for those who deserve it through the Syrian Trust for Development.
Judge Naous added: Since the earthquake occurred, aid has been arriving continuously from most countries, including friendly Russia, as there was an air bridge for aid to reach Syrian airports and seaports, pointing out that this aid consisted of foodstuff, household items, clothes, in addition to special supplies for children.
