Russia: US is the main supplier of toxic materials to Kiev regime forces

Moscow (ST) – The Russian mission to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons affirmed that the United States supplies Ukraine with a wide range of chemical weapons, some of which are actively used by the Kiev regime forces.

According to the Novosti News Agency, the Russian mission stated that: “Contrary to the statements of the White House about the destruction of stockpiles of these munitions, the United States still maintains a production capacity for the synthesis of large quantities of toxic substances.”

“With the support of the West, Ukraine is making every effort to continue hostilities, maintaining the illusion of parity in the war against Russia, and to achieve this, Western experts, especially Americans, are supplying Ukrainian forces with lethal and non-lethal toxic substances,” the mission said.

The mission stressed that in the zone of the special military operation, more than 400 cases of the Ukrainian side using non-lethal toxic chemicals, in particular chloropicrin, which is often mixed with chloroacetophenone, have been recorded. There have also been cases when Ukrainian forces used chemical weapons components to poison food, killing 15 people.

It noted that cases of the use of chemical weapons outside the zone of the special military operation have already been recorded.
