Quneitra governorate holds condolence council for victims of the Israeli massacre in Majdal Shams

Quneitra Governorate on Tuesday held a condolence council for the martyrs of the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation in Majdal Shams in the occupied Syrian Golan, which claimed the lives of 12 children and dozens of wounded. The condolence Council was held in the governorate square in Al-Baath city.

Participants affirmed the solidarity of the Syrian people with the people in the Golan and the families of the victims over their tragic loss due to the heinous crime committed by the occupation. They stressed that the blood of the Syrian children is not for Zionist political and military investment aimed at waging more wars in the region to achieve its expansionist ambitions.

The participants, who came from Damascus, its countryside and Sweida, pointed out that the Israeli occupation authorities bear full responsibility for the heinous massacre against the martyred children who were exercising their right to play, demanding that the killers among the leaders of the Zionist entity, who violated the sanctity of Arab blood, be held accountable and prosecuted legally, in accordance with the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilians Under Occupation.
