President Al-Assad issues New Investment Law

On May 19, 2021

President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday issued the New Investment Law No. 18 for 2021 that aims at creating a competitive and attractive investment environment in Syria.

The law aims at benefiting from different kinds of expertise and specializations, expanding the production base, creating more job opportunities and increasing economic growth rates in the country in a way that reflects positively on enhancing the national income and achieving all-out sustainable development.
