President al-Assad congratulates the armed forces on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr

Damascus (ST): Lieutenant General Bashar Al-Assad, Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces – President of the Republic, congratulated the Armed Forces on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

The Ministry of Defense stated on its Facebook page that the President presented, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, to the men of our army and the sons of our valiant armed forces, the warmest and heartfelt congratulations, wishing them lasting success, and to their honorable and generous families, good health, happiness and goodness, asking God Almighty to return it to our dear homeland and our people  with goodness, right and blessings.

His Excellency added wishing that God Almighty have mercy  and forgiveness  on our martyrs, and grant our wounded heroes a recovery, and victory for beloved Syria, so that it remains a place of security and safety and a beacon of dignity.
