Palestinian detainee starts an open hunger strike in protest against Israeli crimes

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Palestinian captive Jibreel Mohammad al-Zbeidi started today an open hunger strike in protest against the continued Israeli crimes towards the Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails.

WAFA News Agency said that Al-Zubeidi, who has been detained for ten months, started an open hunger strike in protest at the continued violations of the occupation authorities against Palestinian detainees.

About 4500 Palestinian detainees are suffering from harsh conditions in Israeli jails. More than 1800 Palestinian inmates are suffering from various diseases because of  the spread of epidemics including 700 cases of cancer, kidney failure and hemiplegia.
