National Union of Syrian Students, the Union of Technology and Innovation Support Centers in Russia sign cooperation agreement

The 1st International Youth Summit of Tech Brokers, Inventors and Rationalizers was held between May 24 and 26 in the Russian city of St. Petersburg with the participation of a Syrian delegation from the National Union of Syrian Students (NUSS).

At the conclusion of the summit, the NUSS and the Union of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in St. Petersburg signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of enhancing knowledge and specialized training in the domains of innovation, entrepreneurship and intellectual property, developing and implementing educational programs including e-learning and distance learning technologies.

The agreement also provides for boosting advanced training and joint cooperation in organizing scientific conferences, seminars and other events related to the scientific and educational fields of both sides with the aim of enhancing the exchange of experiences and providing mutual consultations.

Members of the Syrian delegation introduced their ideas and projects, including the inventions designed for various fields.

The Syrian delegation comprised member of the Executive Office of the National Union of Syrian Students Fayez Estefan, member of the Syrian Association for Young Entrepreneurs Omar Al-Jarrah as well as Mustafa Al-Yassin, Khaled Al-Saleh and Lina Al-Rifai, the entrepreneurs who participated in the First Entrepreneurial Investment Forum “FURSA 2022”.
