Mansour renews calls on the international community to stop the Israeli occupation’s terrorism

Geneva, (ST) – Palestine’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, renewed his call on the international community and the Security Council to act to stop the Israeli occupation entity’s terrorism and the crime of genocide it is committing against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.

Wafa Agency reported that Mansour noted in three identical letters to the UN Secretary-General, the President of the Security Council, and the President of the General Assembly that there are more than 470,000 Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip who are at risk of being exposed to an imminent massacre.

“There are also hundreds of thousands of others who are at risk in the Strip as the Israeli killing machine continues without deterrence”, Mansour added.

Mansour stressed that the absence of international accountability on the Israeli occupation and the continued impunity of the Israeli entity encourages it to commit more violations and crimes against the Palestinian people.

He stressed the need to protect the Palestinian people from the genocide committed by the Israeli occupation enemy in occupied Palestine and hold the occupation accountable for these crimes.
