Lebanon’s Zekes wins the 1st International Golden Sands Beach Basketball Championship
The first International Golden Sands Basketball Championship (three by three)concluded with the participation of 17 teams for the men’s category and for the under-21 category.
The Lebanese Zekes team won the men’s category after defeating the Ashikozu team, with a score of 16-17 points, while the Hello Beach team won the U-21 category title by defeating the Jordanian team, with a score of 17-20 points.
A member of the Basketball Association, Jamal Al-Turk, said: The tournament witnessed a remarkable audience, and the matches were distinguished , in addition to the high skill levels presented by the players.”
At the end of the tournament, the winners of the competitions were honored, and prizes were presented to them.
