Israeli occupation forces shell areas in south Lebanon with artillery

The Israeli occupation forces have bombed today the towns of Qulaila, Al-Maaliya, and Wadi Zibqin in southern Lebanon, under the pretext of firing rockets at settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli occupation artillery fired a number of heavy shells from its positions in the north of occupied Palestine, at the outskirts of the towns of Qlaila and Al-Maaliya in Tyer district in southern Lebanon.

According to the agency, the area witnessed the firing of a number of Katyusha rockets, originating from Lebanese territory in the western sector, towards the Israeli settlements in the north of the occupied Palestinian territories.
