Iraq won’t allow using its territories to target neighboring countries

Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein affirmed that his country rejects the use of its territory to target neighboring countries, and that the continuation of the Zionist aggression on Lebanon and Gaza threatens the stability of the region.

Hussein said in a press conference on Sunday, according to the “INA” News Agency, “the Iraqi government has warned against the expansion of the war. We reject the use of Iraqi territory to target neighboring countries,” stressing that the outbreak of war in the region threatens international peace and would lead to an energy crisis and threaten navigation. He noted that the targeting threats occurring in the region are dangerous.
