New York, (ST) – Iran’s UN Mission in New York affirmed that Iran’s response to the Israeli entity’s crimes will be surprising, and at a time that the entity cannot determine.
In response to the American newspaper “Wall Street Journal” which indicated that the Iranian response was postponed until the outcome of the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza Strip becomes clear, the mission clarified that Iran’s response must achieve two specific results, which are to punish the aggressor for the assassinations and for the violation of Iranian national sovereignty, and it must also enhance Iran’s deterrence capability and make the Zionist entity greatly regret its crimes, which prevents the recurrence of any aggression in the future.
The mission indicated that Iran’s response should avoid any potential negative impact on the expected truce in Gaza Strip.
