INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb fillet, cubed
6 tomatoes, cut into tubes
Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
3 onions, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon saffron
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

1. To prepare the marinade, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place the meat in the marinade, making sure all the pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinate the meat the better the taste.
3. Slide the meat pieces onto skewers, and the tomatoes onto a separate skewer.
4. Heat up the grill, and place the meat and tomato skewers on it. Flip skewers every 2-3 mins to cook on all sides according to taste.
5. Serve with rice or bread
