During a meeting in Tehran yesterday, the two sides stressed the need to accelerate the implementation of the provisions of the security agreement between the two countries, especially preventing the presence of terrorists and the continuation of their activities outside the western borders of the country.
Ali Akbar Ahmadian, the representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, and the Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji discussed the misuse of Iraqi airspace by the Zionist entity and the United States against Iran.
The two sides also agreed to complete and generalize the security agreement to include all other common threats, including the military, security and economic ones.
