Iranian Foreign Ministry: The Zionist entity continues to commit crimes thanks to American and Western support

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani stressed that the Zionist entity is a terrorist and racist entity that has been committing massacres for decades with the full support of the West, especially the US administration, and has been blatantly and systematically violating the rights of the Palestinian people.

IRNA quoted Kanaani as saying: “The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has led to the martyrdom of about 40,000 innocent Palestinian citizens, including about 15,000 children, and the injury of more than 100,000 people, while thousands of people remain under the rubble,”

He added: “Despite all these massacres, the US authorities brazenly describe the Palestinians and resistance groups as “terrorists,” while claiming that they are committed to defending “Israel” against them.”

Kanaani said: “The US administration, with its empty and false logic, supports the genocide of the Palestinians financially, militarily, and politically.”

He noted that the actions of the US administration indicate a permanent scandal that cannot be erased from memory for it, and also reveal an international responsibility that can be pursued legally.
