International Conference on Renewable Energies kicks off at the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the University of Damascus

Under the title “Renewable Energies… Solutions and Strategies”, the activities of the Second International Conference on Renewable Energies were launched on Monday at the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of the University of Damascus, with the participation of representatives of the relevant ministries and unions.
The conference aims to enhance scientific research in the field of renewable energies and their applications, support investment in this field and find technical solutions to enhance the stability and increase the reliability of the electrical network.
The three-day  conference  will discuss several topics, including technologies for generating energy from renewable sources  in addition to improving energy efficiency indicators in the industrial, service, and agricultural sectors, and the contribution of renewable energies to sustainability and preserving energy resources.
