In Cooperation Between the Syrian and Emirates Red Crescent ….Relief Aid for the Countryside of Al Haffah

Today, the Syrian and Emirates Red Crescent distributed a convoy loaded with foodstuff to the people of Kafriah village in the countryside of Al Haffah and the surrounding villages, in coordination with the relief operations room in the governorate.

A volunteer in the Emirates Red Crescent, Mohamed Taki, told a SANA reporter that the convoy which was distributed in conjunction with the ” Zayed Humanitarian Work Day ”, is part of an ongoing work that includes the areas affected by the earthquake in Syria. This convoy is a clear message which consolidates  the values of peace and humanity which UAE attaches great importance to.

The head of the Kafriya Municipality Council, Fouad Amiri, explained that the convoy arrived in cooperation with the relief operations room, to reach all those affected by the earthquake in the governorate.

Many residents in the village expressed their thanks to the UAE and its humanitarian stance  towards  the suffering of the Syrian people.
