High number of corona virus cases in India

New Delhi (ST): India witnessed an increase in the number of Corona virus infections, and 14,505 infections and 30 deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours.

Data from the Indian Ministry of Health stated that this statistic represents an increase in injuries by 23 percent over the previous days.

In addition, the Ministry of Health approved the emergency use of a new vaccine for the age group above 18 years, which was produced by Biofam Genova Company, which is based in the city of Pune in the western state of Maharashtra.

The Drug Control Committee has also approved the emergency use of the Kovovac vaccine for children aged 7 to 11 years under certain conditions.
