he Book Commission issues “selections from the book: Push With Your  Best” 

Within the series called: The Fruits of Minds, a booklet has been issued by the Syrian General Book Commission entitled “Chosen Paragraphs from the Book of  Push With Your  Best” by Abd al-Salam al-Ujaili, written by Dr. Nadine Obeid.
The book includes a bouquet of articles from the storyteller of the Euphrates, Abd al-Salam al-Ujaili, consisting of a smooth, easy and flowing statement that reflects a spirit yearning for truth and beauty.
The book begins with an introduction to the life, and writings of Al-Ujaili, then moves on to Al-Ujaili article writing style, which includes tales and novels from the past history and the present realities, in which Al-Ujaili’s views on social, cultural and political life appear.
The book, which consists of 95 pages of small pieces, includes nineteen articles in its first section and twenty others in its second section, in which Al-Ujaili comes out from the general to the specific in a nice narrative style.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Nadine Akram Obaid holds a Ph.D., in linguistics and literature from Damascus University, and she is a teacher of poetic meters and poetry musics in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature.
