Ghazal ranked sixth in the 19th Asian Games
Syrian national athletics team player Majd El-Din Ghazal achieved sixth place in the high jump competition at the 19th Asian Games, currently being held in the Chinese city of Khanzhou.
Ghazal jumped 210, 215 and 219 cm in his three attempts, while Qatari Mutaz Barshim won first place with 235 cm, followed by South Korea with 233 cm, and then Japan with 229 cm.
