First Lady Starts Treatment of Early Detected Breast Cancer

DAMASCUS, (ST)- First Lady Asmaa Al-Assad started today the treatment of an early detected breast cancer, the press office of the Syrian Presidency announced, according to SANA.

“With great faith, strength and confidence, Mrs. Asmaa Al-Assad began the first stage of treating an early detected breast cancer tumor,” the press office said on its facebook page.

 The photo published by the press office showed Mrs. Asmaa receiving treatment at one of the military hospitals in Damascus.
