Distribution of Ramadan baskets in Hasakah
Hasakah (ST) – As part of Ramadan initiative aimed at the most needy groups in Hasakah governorate, Al-Mawaddah Charity Association distributed Ramadan baskets to families supporting orphans and people with disabilities under the supervision of the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Mawaddah Charity Association stated that the distribution process included 125 families.
The aid included money, food supplies, and clothes to reduce the financial burdens in light of the difficult economic conditions resulting from the unjust blockade imposed on Syria.
In the same context, the association in the Qamishli city also helped with money and material aid for about 50 women with orphan children.
The association will continue to distribute aid to include the largest possible number of families.
