Czech MP calls on Western countries to stop fueling the fighting in Ukraine

PRAGUE, Jun.20, (ST)-The Czech parliamentarian Radovan Vich has called on Western countries to change their strategy in Ukraine and to work on reaching a peaceful solution instead of fueling the fighting by sending weapons.

In an interview with the “Parliamentary Papers” website, Vich said that the Ukrainian army is threatened with collapse and that its losses are great, so sending more weapons only means prolonging the period of people’s suffering.

He considered that there is a difficulty in defeating Russia, which uses only a small part of its forces, indicating that the sanctions being imposed on it made the Russian ruble grow stronger.
