“Creative Women 2” Exhibition opens in Aleppo

Aleppo (ST) – With the participation of 60 women, the activities of the “Creative Women 2” Exhibition opened on Wednesday at the Shahba Hotel in Aleppo. The exhibition is organized by the United Nations Development Program.

The exhibition lasts for three days and includes handmade and woolen products, accessories, crochet, clothing, glass painting, mosaics, and sweets.

The Director of the exhibition Muhammad Qassab stated that the project aims to economically empower women through several axes, including improving the quality of products, design, and pricing.

Participant Ani Bajkjian indicated that she presented products made of Itamine as well as fan embroidery, which is considered an ancient Armenian heritage.
