Corona virus kills more than two million and 611 thousand people around the world

On March 9th, the data for the new Coronavirus showed that it had killed more than two million and 611 thousand people around the world since its appearance in December 2019 until today.

According to the latest statistics of the American World Meters site, the total number of Coronavirus infections around the world has so far reached 117719206 cases.

The total deaths reached 2611025 cases, while the total cases of recovery from infection reached 93359895 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 538514 deaths out of 29737222 infections, followed by India with 157966 deaths out of 11244624 cases, and Brazil third, with 266,398 deaths out of 11051665 infections.
