Capitals (ST): The Corona virus has killed more than five million and 128,000 people around the world since its outbreak began in December 2019, according to the latest statistics from the American World Meters website.
According to the website, the total number of corona infections around the world has so far reached 255026894 while the total number of deaths has reached 5,128,616.
The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 785,975 deaths out of 4,814,411 infections, followed by India with 4,63852 deaths out of 3,4456,401 infections, and Brazil third, with 611,478 deaths out of 21965,684 infections.
