Corona virus kills more than 5 million and 114 thousand people around the world
Capitals (ST): Corona virus has killed more than five million and 114,000 people around the world since its outbreak began in December 2019, according to the latest statistics from the American World Meters website.
According to the website, the total number of corona infections around the world has so far reached 254,043,922 cases, while the total deaths amounted to 514,784 cases.
The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 783,549 deaths out of 47911,440 infections, followed by India with 463,530 deaths out of 34437,307 injuries, and Brazil third, with 611,283 deaths out of 2,1957967 infections.
