Computer is a Device We Should Fully exploit

An argument  in the present time stated that the” Illiterate person is not the one who is not fluent in reading and writing but a person who does not know how to use computer”.

Based on this argument, the government imported a large number of computers, to let people engage in computerized learning. But ,dust has become a part to these instruments.

A large number of people who  decided to use them were unable because, they thought that  computers are too complicated to use. Therefore, training courses took effect and we became optimistic that the problem is on its final leg.

Learners  discovered  that the new device has many advantages;it has the ability to entertain such  us as playing cards programs, reading horoscopes, listening to the voices of the singers, chat, hangouts…

But we do not realize the other advantages of computers as  electronic trading, ticketing , and electronic government remain unclear to most of people. Briefly, computer is a complicated  device it shortens time and place, lets invest this device to its fullest meanings as to be  able to enter civilization and knowledge.
