Baghdad airport suspends flights due to dust storms

Baghdad International Airport announced the closure of its airspace and the suspension of air traffic for this day due to the bad weather conditions that the country is going through.

The airport administration said in a statement carried by Alsumaria News, “We would like to make clear to all travelers and airlines operating at the airport that the airspace is closed and air traffic has been suspended for this day due to dust storms and the visibility has reached 400m.”
