Baath Vanguards Organization celebrates its 49th Foundation Anniversary
Damascus Countryside, (ST) – A central celebration was held yesterday on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the founding of the Baath Vanguards Organization under the slogan our Vanguards: “Belonging and Giving”, at the Martyr Basil Al-Assad Camp in the Al-Duwair area in the Damascus countryside.
The celebration included cultural and artistic segments that varying between playing music, singing as well as various traditional folk dances presented by the pioneers of the Baath Vanguards Organization’s branches in the governorates.
In his speech, Assistant Secretary-General of the Baath Arab Socialist Party Ibrahim Al-Hadid said: The celebration of the 49th anniversary of the Baath Vanguards Organization recalls the confident launch of the organization in the camps of Al-Zabadani, Lattakia and the rest of the governorates in Syria after the party leadership took its pioneering decision to establish this organization to contribute effectively in preparing educated generations of children.
Al-Hadid stressed that Syria affirms its permanent support for the struggle of the Palestinian Arab people in their just and legendary struggle to obtain their legitimate rights.
In turn, the member of the Central Leadership of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Head of the Education and Vanguards Office, Dr. Muhammad Izzat Arabi Katbi, pointed out that the Baath Vanguards Organization fits for continuity and it is always capable of giving. He pointed out that the educational work team in the party, the organization, the Ministry of Education and all the cadres prove today that the Syrians will rise again to rebuild Syria.
The Minister of Education, Dr. Muhammad Amer Al-Mardini expressed in a statement to journalists his pride in these educational cadres of students, teachers and administrators. He noted the role of the ministry in cooperation with the organization in developing the national personality of the child who will be the future of Syria.
The organization’s leadership member, Haisam Abu Mughdab pointed out that the organization’s message over the years has been to deepen educational and behavioral values in the souls of students and to accustom them to bearing responsibility and developing their spirit of citizenship and self-confidence and developing their talents.
The Secretary of the Baath Vanguards Branch in Hama, Masoud Al-Yassin pointed out that the organization creates generations that can be relied upon in building Syria, as it has taken upon itself since its inception to build these generations to be the pillars of the future.
A number of the vanguards expressed their joy in participating in the celebration of the anniversary of the founding of their organization, extending their thanks to all the cadres of the organization.
