Baghdad (ST): An earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale struck northern Iraq today, without reports of human or material losses.
The Iraqi News Agency (INA) quoted the Ministry of Transport as saying in a statement: “Today, our seismic observatories recorded an earthquake of 3.7 degrees, 31 km south of Sinjar district of Nineveh Governorate, northern Iraq.”
